There is no contact form on this page, because email is simpler, and it lets you write as much as you like and attach a photograph if it helps. Please write in English if you can, but do not worry about perfect spelling or grammar. We usually reply within a few working days, although it can take a little longer when we are busy writing new articles. If you have not heard back after a week, please send your message again, in case it was lost.
What to include in your message
To help us give you a useful reply, please tell us a little about your situation. If you have a decor question, tell us which room you are working on, roughly how big it is, and what is bothering you about it. It helps to know whether you own or rent your home, because rented-home rules can change what is possible, and whether you can paint, drill, or move large furniture. Please include your budget, even a rough one, so we can suggest ideas that fit. Tell us what you have already tried, what you like, and what you must keep, such as a sofa or a bed. A photograph of the room, taken in daylight from the door, is often very helpful. Please do not send personal details such as your home address, telephone number, or bank details, because we do not need them.
Corrections and feedback
If you spot a mistake in an article, please let us know. It helps if you include the title of the article and its web address, copy the sentence that is wrong, and tell us what it should say. We check every correction, and we will fix genuine mistakes as soon as we can. We also welcome honest feedback about the site.
